Coach House Villa - Bude

I had a fantastic stay at this Coach House. The hotel was just what I needed, with plenty of space and comfort. The upstairs area was ample and the bedroom was huge with a very comfortable bed. The living room and kitchen were cute and homely, perfect for preparing meals. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything I needed. The bathroom was perfect, with a great shower and instant hot water. The staff at the hotel were lovely, accommodating, and willing to help throughout my stay. The hotel facilities, such as the heated swimming pool and games room, were excellent and provided lots of entertainment. The location was beautiful, with beaches and an epic cliff walk nearby. There was even a woods on the hotel for a lovely walk.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The photos don't do it justice. The living room and kitchen area are so cute and homely, and there's plenty of room to prepare meals and enjoy dinner. The kitchen is well equipped, and the smart TV and DVD player provide all the entertainment you need. The bathroom is perfect with an amazing shower and instant hot water. The bedroom is enormous and the bed is super comfortable. The pool is open every day and the little play barn is a fantastic extra. Feeding the animals in the morning is such a lovely personal touch. The property is very safe and quiet, even with other guests around. The indoor swimming pool, games room, and outdoor play areas are perfect for families. The owners, Andy and his wife, are really lovely and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely fantastic!

We had an amazing stay at the Coach House Villa. It was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family with an 8-month-old. the upstairs area provided plenty of room for us to spread out, and the heated swimming pool and games room were a fantastic bonus. the location was ideal, with beautiful beaches and a great cliff walk nearby. the owners, Andy and his wife, were lovely and always willing to help. We highly recommend Coach House Villa. Cons: Nothing to complain about at all. 😊.

Coach House is my go-to place in Bude. I always return because it has everything I need - Wi-Fi, free parking, laundry, table tennis, darts, outdoor dining area. I'll never forget how the staff helped me find my lost bracelet. Perfect for a city trip!

Had a great time over New Year in a one bed self-catering house. Loved the quiet atmosphere and family-friendly facilities like the indoor swimming pool and games room. The house was well-appointed with all the necessary equipment and had a cozy, homely feel. The location was ideal, with beautiful beaches nearby and a scenic cliff walk just a couple of miles away. a lovely experience with friendly staff and a great variety of amenities.

The lack of a rail on the staircase to the bedroom, which made it a bit tricky to navigate. However, the owner assured us that this issue would be resolved soon.

Some areas of the decoration could benefit from a refresh, albeit still being very clean.

It was great to have free parking and Wi-Fi available. this was exactly what we needed and I can't recommend it enough!

We had such a blast at this place! The database property had a well-spaced out and comfortable layout, perfect for our 8-month-old baby. The upstairs area was ample in size and the swimming pool was heated and clean. The games room had a great variety of games and a soft play area for kids, which was a hit with our little one. The proximity to the beaches and the epic cliff walk just 2 miles away was a bonus. The property also had a lovely woods area for a nice walk. The owners, Andy and his wife, were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
